All of our products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically after your order has been placed.

Returns

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect color selected
- Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product

If the claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

EU Customers

Under applicable consumer protection laws, certain made-to-order products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect your legal rights in the event that a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
